A PURCHASE OR STORE VISITATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
THE PROMOTION IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF UTAH WHO ARE 16 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY.

1) SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Holiday Oil Share A Coke Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) starts on March 30, 2025, at 12:00:00 AM Mountain Time (“MT”) and ends on May 10, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM MT (the “Promotion Period”) and is comprised of six (6) drawing periods (the “Drawing Periods”) as described in Rule #4 below. Instagram runs the official clock for the Sweepstakes and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received.

2) ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the state of Utah who at time of entry are 16 years of age or older (the “Entrant”). Entrants who are minors must have approval from their parent or legal guardian to participate in this Promotion. Proof of consent may be requested by the Sponsor at its discretion. Employees and non-employee workers of Swire Coca-Cola, USA (the “Sponsor”), The Coca-Cola Company, other Coca-Cola bottlers, Holiday Oil Company, and Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”), and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees that are involved in the development or execution of this Sweepstakes, (collectively, the “Released Entities”), and the immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same households, whether related or not, of the above, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Each Entrant by participating in the Promotion agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and by Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s decisions. Void outside the geographic eligibility listed above and where prohibited or restricted by law. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3) HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must submit your entry to Instagram as further described below. You must be a registered user of www.Instagram.com (“Instagram”) and your account must be set to “public”. If you do not have an account, visit Instagram to create one. There is no fee or charge to become a registered user. By submitting your information and creating an account, you agree to the respective terms of use and privacy notice. If you do not agree to such terms of use and privacy notice, you cannot create a respective account, or participate in the Sweepstakes.

To Enter via Instagram:

• Go to www.instagram.com and log into your Instagram account;
• You must follow @holidayoilco; and
• Like and comment on the Giveaway-related post during the Sweepstakes Period. Your response MUST include the “#ShareACokeWithHolidaySweepstakes” hashtag. You can also receive five (5) additional entries by posting a photo to your feed in which you are sharing a Coke with a friend OR bytagging up to five (5) friends who you would like to share a Coke with. You must tag @holidayoilco AND include the “#ShareACokeWithHolidaySweepstakes” hashtag.

All entry information and posts (including the required hashtag as noted above) shall be collectively referred to herein as the entry (the “Entry”). Your post must comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use available at https://instagram.com/legal/terms/#.

There is a maximum of six (6) Entries per person per Drawing Period. Entry must be posted to Instagram by 11:59:59 PM MT by the close of each Drawing Period (as per Section 4 below). By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Entrants irrevocably grant to Sponsor, its affiliates, agents and licensees, the royalty-free right and permission to unconditionally reproduce, store, transmit, publish, display, use or reuse your name, photo, and prize information, as well as any other information or materials arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes for advertising, promotional, commercial, publicity and/or any other purposes (without limitation), in any and all media now or hereafter known, in any language, throughout the world, where legally permissible, and in any manner without Entrant’s further review, notice, approval, consideration or compensation unless prohibited by law. By participating, Entrants further release Sponsor from any future claims arising out of any use or disclosure of Entrants’ participation consistent with these Official Rules. By participating, Entrants acknowledge and agree that Entrants will not now or in the future be paid or compensated in any way for participation or for granting the Sponsor any of the rights set out in these Official Rules, whether chosen as a winner or not. Entrants further agree that Sponsor is not obligated to make use of any of the rights granted in these Official Rules.

Usage of Instagram may require a mobile device and therefore you may be charged for standard data rates according to the terms and conditions in your agreement with your wireless carrier. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier. You should also check your device's features for capabilities and check the device manual for specific use instructions.

The person submitting the Entry must be the authorized account holder of said Instagram account, otherwise the Entry may be deemed void. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Instagram account. In the event of a dispute over the identity of the potential winner (the “Potential Winner”), the Entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used for Entry, and such Potential Winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of such Instagram account. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned to the applicable Instagram account by Instagram. Proof of submission of an Entry does not constitute proof of delivery of Entry. Multiple accounts may not be used, and anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter will be deemed ineligible.

By submitting your Entry you agree that (1) your Entry conforms to any terms of use/platform guidelines, policies and content restrictions of Instagram; (2) conforms to the Guidelines and Content Restrictions below; and (3) Sponsor and/or Administrator, in their sole discretion, and without notice, may disqualify you from the Sweepstakes if they determine that your Entry fails to conform to these Official Rules including without limitation the Guidelines and Content Restrictions below.

Guidelines and Content Restrictions

The Entry must not include any private information such as address, phone number or email address;

The Entry must be in English and include the required hashtag;

The Entry must include only the Entrant and one (1) additional person. Entrant must have approval to post the photo/Entry;

The Entry must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;

The Entry must not disparage or embarrass Sponsor, its respective owners and employees, or any other person or party affiliated with the Sweepstakes;

The Entry must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, or libelous;

The Entry must not contain any materials relating to lotteries, gambling, tobacco, alcohol or drugs, pornography, adult-oriented content, or any other sexually explicit material;

The Entry must not contain anything that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;

The Entry must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Entry is created; and

The Entry must not in any other way violate applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations; and must be suitable for presentation in a public forum.

Entries submitted will not be judged. The winner will be selected via a random drawing as detailed in Rule #4 below. If the Sponsor determines that the content of the Entry does not comply with the above Guidelines and Content Restrictions, the Entry will not be eligible for any prize consideration and may be withdrawn without notice from the Sweepstakes at any time at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and/or Administrator.

4) DRAWING PERIODS, PRIZES, AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): There will be a total of six (6) random drawings conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, from all eligible Entries received during each applicable Drawing Period, as outlined in the “Drawing Schedule” below.

Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries (as defined above in Rule #3) received for each individual Drawing Period (per the Chart above). Entries included in one Drawing Period will not be eligible for subsequent drawings. Potential winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Total ARV of all six (6) prizes offered in the Sweepstakes: $1,425. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of qualified eligible Entries are received per Drawing Period.

5) PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: No substitutions or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right, where lawful to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value. Prize may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged by winners. At Sponsor’s sole discretion, prize may vary to what has been advertised, pictured, etc. All details of prize not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor. Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, expressed or implied, concerning any prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Sweepstakes. The Released Entities are not responsible for damage or loss of a prize after it has been delivered to a confirmed winner. All prizes will be fulfilled by the Sponsor, or its designee, after verification of eligibility. Prize will only be awarded to a confirmed winner. Limit of one (1) prize per person, per household.

6) POTENTIAL WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE FULFILLMENT: The Potential Winners will be contacted by the Sponsor via Instagram direct message from @holidayoilco. The required response to such direct message/notification (e.g., full name, mailing address, email address, etc.) must be received within two (2) business days from the time initial direct message or notification was sent or Potential Winner will be disqualified, and an alternate Potential Winner will be selected. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable email or undeliverable direct message/notification resulting from any form of active or passive filtering by Instagram or for insufficient space in user’s account to receive direct messages/notifications. The Potential Winners (and parent/legal guardian if a potential winner is deemed a minor) will then be contacted by the Administrator via email and will be required to complete, sign, and return the following documents (collectively, the “Documents”): [1] an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and where legal, a Publicity Release and [2] IRS Form W-9 to include winner’s social security number that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service (as required for prize awarded over $600 in value). If a Potential Winner (i) cannot be contacted after a reasonable attempt has been made by Administrator (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); or (ii) fails to return the completed Documents by the date stated in the notification letter/email; or (iii) refuses the prize; or (iv) the prize or prize notification is rejected or returned as undeliverable, then the Potential Winner will be disqualified and forfeits all rights to be deemed a winner and an alternate Potential Winner will be notified, time permitting. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Only three (3) random drawings to select an alternate winner (if necessary) will be conducted, after which, the applicable prize will remain un-awarded. Prize will be fulfilled by the Administrator after notification, verification, and confirmation.

7) OTHER INFORMATION: All federal, state, and other tax liabilities arising from a prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Sponsor and/or Administrator will not enter into any correspondence with non-winning Entrants. The Official Rules prevail should there be any conflict or uncertainty relating to this Sweepstakes based on information or advice provided by any of the Released Entities.

8) CONDUCT: By entering into this Sweepstakes and/or receiving a prize, Entrants and the prize winners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and waive any rights to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. These Official Rules are accessible at https://bit.ly/25HolidayOilSACSweepstakes throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual: (a) suspected of tampering with the Entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (b) to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or (c) to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to constitute unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9) LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Entities and Instagram assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, or for any lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of Entries at any point in connection with the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, mobile device, or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or any combination thereof; or (e) any injury or damage to the Entrant’s or to any other person's computer or mobile device, which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download any materials from the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not able to run through completion for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, including any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control such as war, riots, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, blackouts, supply shortages, order of governmental authority, an “act of God” (e.g., natural disasters, weather, etc.) or an unforeseeable health event (e.g. pandemic or epidemic), then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, without further liability to the Entrants or third parties. In the event the Sweepstakes is cancelled, Sponsor reserves the right to award prize from among all eligible non-suspect Entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. With regard to this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor will only contact those Entrants deemed a Potential winner for purposes of clearance and awarding of the prize.

10) ENTRANT AND WINNER RELEASES: All Entrants, as a condition of Entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release and hold harmless the Released Entities and Instagram from and against any and all liability, loss, claims, demands or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, costs, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with: (a) submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes; (b) the acceptance, receipt, ownership, use or misuse of any prize awarded; (c) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of the offering of the prize; or (d) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action. The prize winner recipient shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the prize after it has been delivered.

Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and consent to the use of their names, address, photographs, any statements made by Entrants, actual or simulated likenesses, and/or biographical information for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes in perpetuity, throughout the universe, by Sponsor and its designees in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, without notice or further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11) PRIVACY: By entering the Promotion, you grant the Released Entities permission to use your personal information in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy which can be found at www.swirecc.com/privacy-policy. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants hereby acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy. Information collected from Entrants (such as name, postal address and email address) will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by the Sponsor or any third parties unless Entrant has opted-in to receive additional information and marketing or promotional material from the Sponsor or a third party.

12) DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW: This Sweepstakes is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning), and Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for Salt Lake City Utah or the appropriate Utah State Court; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor’s in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Utah, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Utah or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Utah.

13) WINNER’S LIST: To receive a copy of the winner’s list, available after November 15, 2025, send an email with subject line: "Holiday Oil Share A Coke Sweepstakes" to winnerslist@mardenkane.com. All such requests must be received by December 15, 2025.

Entrants understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor, and not to Instagram.
