1) PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The “Coca-Cola® Presents Rock the Universe Sweepstakes and Game” (the “Promotion”) starts on December 26, 2024 at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends on January 20, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion consists of both an Instant Win Game (the “Game”) and a Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Game.
2) ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of Florida who at time of entry are 18 years of age or older. Employees and non-employee workers of The Coca-Cola Company (the “Sponsor”) and Coca-Cola Bottlers, Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”), Chick-fil-A®, Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”), and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees that are involved in the development or execution of this Promotion (collectively, the “Released Entities”), and the immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same households, whether related or not, of the above, are not eligible to play or win a prize. Each entrant (the “Entrant” or “Participant”) by participating in the Promotion agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion. Void outside the geographic eligibility listed above and where prohibited or restricted by law. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3) HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES AND PLAY THE GAME: There are two ways to enter and play in this Promotion:

To participate in the Promotion, scan the Quick Response (“QR”) code found on advertising materials at participating Chick-fil-A® locations in Florida with your web-enabled mobile device and follow the online instructions to complete and submit the online entry form, including providing full name, address, city, state, zip code, mobile phone number and a valid email address. When using a web-enabled mobile device, message and data rates may apply. Entrants agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier. Not all mobile devices offer wireless Internet access; and wireless Internet access may not be available in all areas.
Via Free Online Game Play (without store visitation):
To participate in the Promotion WITHOUT making a restaurant visitation and/or scanning a QR code visit https://bit.ly/2025RockTheUniverseGame and follow the online instructions to complete and submit the online entry form, including providing full name, address, city, state, zip code, mobile phone number and a valid email address.
Upon submitting the completed entry form, you will receive one (1) game play (a “Game Play”). After playing the Game, you will be instantly notified only if you are a potential winner of the prize indicated, subject to confirmation, verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Any other message or lack thereof indicates you are not an instant winner of a prize. After successful completion of the Game, each eligible Entrant will also automatically earn one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes drawing as further described below in Rule #6. Limit of one (1) Game Play and one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes per person, per day regardless of method of Entry.
4) INSTANT WIN GAME PLAY: All Game prizes are randomly seeded at predetermined designated winning times (“Winning Time”) throughout the Promotion Period. The first eligible Participant to play the Game at the Winning Time will be the potential winner of the Game prize indicated. If no eligible Participant plays the Game at the Winning Time, the first eligible Participant who plays the Game after the Winning Time will be the potential winner of the seeded prize. If Game Plays exceed the disclosed maximum, by any means, including but not limited to establishing multiple email accounts, they will be disqualified from participation in this Promotion. A day is defined as the calendar day beginning at 12:00 AM ET and ending the same day at 11:59 PM ET. By participating in this Promotion, each eligible Participant accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules and its exercise of discretion, which will be final and binding in all respects. No responsibility is assumed for eligible Participant information that is incomplete or incorrectly entered. All potential winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor or Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding. The Sponsor or Administrator will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any Game Play that occurs after the Game system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective play, is void and will not be honored.
5) PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”), AND ODDS OF WINNING:
Instant Win Game: Seventy-Five (75) Total Game Prizes (the “Game Prize(s)”): Each Game Prize consists of two (2) Rock The Universe (“RTU”) 2-Park Rock Your Weekend Base Tickets. The ARV of each Game Prize is $350. Total ARV of all Game Prizes: $26,250. Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions as specified by the issuer thereof. Prize excludes all ground transportation and onsite parking fees. Each RTU 2-Park Rock Your Weekend Base ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to RTU events after 4:00pm on Friday, January 24, 2025 AND Saturday, January 25, 2025 plus three (3) days of admission to either Universal Studios Florida or Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks on January 24, 25, and 26, 2025 during normal operating hours. At Universal Studios Florida closing time on RTU event nights, holders of RTU event tickets (including the RTU 2-Park Rock Your Weekend Park-to-Park Ticket) will be directed to a designated area within the theme park until Universal Studios Florida is cleared of day guests. Select rides and attractions will remain open at the sole discretion of Universal Studios Florida management. Ticket expires in full on January 26, 2025. Unused days shall be forfeited.
The above admission ticket is nonrefundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (‘Universal’). Unless otherwise stated, the above admission ticket specifically excludes admission to separately ticketed events and venues at any of the Universal theme parks and/or CityWalk and excludes parking or discounts on food or merchandise. Some CityWalk venues require ages 21 or older for admission. Valid Photo ID required. Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice.
Sweepstakes: One (1) Grand Prize consisting of a Universal Orlando Resort Vacation Package (the “Grand Prize”). Grand Prize winner will receive a Universal Orlando Resort Vacation Package for winner and up to three (3) guests, consisting of: (i) hotel accommodations, room and tax only, for up to four (4) people in the form of one (1) standard room (quadruple occupancy) at one of the Universal Orlando Resort hotels (room and hotel to be selected by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion) for two (2) consecutive nights. Hotel accommodations do not include meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, not specified here; and (ii) up to eight (8) 1-Day/2-Park tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks. ARV of Grand Prize: $2,450. ARV of Grand Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Grand Prize will not be awarded. Grand Prize must be taken by March 1, 2026 or forfeited in its entirety without further or alternative compensation.
Total ARV of Game and Sweepstakes Prizes: $28,700. Odds of winning a prize in the Promotion depend upon the number of eligible Participants playing the Game, the date and time of each play as well as the number of eligible Entries received in the Sweepstakes. The number of Game prizes available to be won will decrease during the Promotion Period as prizes are awarded and claimed. Limit of one-1 Game Prize per person. No more than the listed number of Game prizes will be awarded. If for any reason, including but not limited to an administrative, printing, production or other error or due to incorrect announcements of any kind, more winning Official Game Pieces are distributed or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level according to these Official Rules, intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize level. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. In the event of a printing, production or other error or irregular game piece neither the Sponsor nor its respective agents and agencies shall have any liability. Any unclaimed Game Prizes will not be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any Game Prizes that are misplaced, lost or stolen after they have been fulfilled as noted above. All Game prizes will be fulfilled by the Administrator after winner verification of eligibility.
6) SWEEPSTAKES RANDOM DRAWING: The Sweepstakes random drawing will be held by the Administrator on or about January 21, 2025, from all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.
7) GRAND PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLEARANCE: The potential Grand Prize winner will be contacted by the Administrator via email and will be required to complete, sign, and return the following documents (collectively, the “Documents”): [1] an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and where legal, a Publicity Release and [2] an IRS Form W-9 to include winner’s social security number that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service (required for prize awarded over $600 in value). If the potential Grand Prize winner (i) cannot be contacted after a reasonable attempt has been made by the Administrator (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); or (ii) fails to return the completed Documents by the date stated in the notification letter/email; or (iii) refuses the prize; or (iv) the prize or prize notification is rejected or returned as undeliverable, then the potential Grand Prize winner will be disqualified and forfeits all rights to be deemed a winner and an alternate potential Grand Prize winner will be notified, time permitting. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
8) GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes will only be awarded upon winner verification and final approval of Sponsor. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of prizes are permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, except as otherwise provided herein if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes may not be sold, bartered or exchanged by winner. Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in the Sweepstakes, provided that a sufficient number of eligible entries have been received. Released Entities make no warranties, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, expressed or implied, concerning any prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Promotion. At Sponsor’s sole discretion, prizes may vary from what has been advertised, pictured, etc. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined solely by the Sponsor.
If a prize, in part or in its entirety, is unable to take place as planned for reasons including, but not limited to, scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponements, delays, an event of force majeure (any acts of God, natural catastrophes, public enemies, war, acts of terrorism, civil commotion, riot, strikes or labor difficulties, lockout, judicial or government order, or other requirement of law, or national emergencies or any other cause beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control), an unforeseeable health event (e.g., pandemic or epidemic), or for any other reason whatsoever, then the Sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation to such prize winner in lieu thereof.
9) GRAND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: All Grand Prize details will be determined by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion, at time of award. Grand Prize must be taken by March 1, 2026 or forfeited in its entirety. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. No changes will be made to travel details or itinerary once any portion of the travel arrangements have been made. Winner and guests must be able to travel on the same itinerary. If winner and his/her guests cannot travel within the specified timeline, prize will be forfeited. If winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her prize with fewer than the allotted number of guests or no guests, the Grand Prize will be awarded to winner and each participating guest, and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited. Winner must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. If winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the hotel. Unless child or ward of winner or one of the allotted guests, each guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure. All travel is subject to availability. Other restrictions may apply. All elements of the Grand Prize must be redeemed at the same time and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. All prize-related taxes and expenses not set forth herein, including baggage fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at hotel, meals, gratuities, and incidental hotel expenses are the sole responsibility of the prize winner and guest(s). Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary prize-related documentation (i.e. valid photo identification, visas, passports, etc.). Winner acknowledges that Universal Orlando has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Universal Orlando. Grand Prize is nontransferable and has no cash value. Sponsor and Universal Orlando are not responsible for cancellations or weather conditions due to circumstances beyond Sponsor or Universal Orlando’s control, inability of winner or guest to take prize trip or related benefits in accordance with applicable rules and restrictions, and/or any other difficulties occurring during or in connection with the Grand Prize or related activities All details of the Prize are subject to availability and blockout dates, and subject to change without written notice or warning. Should any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of a party, whether or not existing, known, foreseen or foreseeable at the time this Promotion occurs, render the redemption or fulfilment of some or all of the prize delayed, hindered, adversely affected, impracticable, or impossible, Universal Orlando Resort in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to evaluate and make modifications to the redemption and fulfilment processes and timelines for the prize, which may include but is not limited to providing additional time for redemption and/ or fulfillment, or offering experiences and items of an equivalent or greater value. All unused portions of this prize package will remain the property of Universal Orlando. Sponsor and/or Universal Orlando will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of prize will not be awarded. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Prize arrangements must be made through Universal Orlando.
All theme park tickets are valid during normal operating hours only. Operating hours and availability of attractions and shows are subject to change without notice. Some special events may be separately ticketed. Universal Orlando reserves the right to change the name of all tickets. Except as otherwise indicated herein, all tickets specifically exclude admission to special or separately ticketed “hard ticket” entertainment events at any of the theme parks, hotels, or within any of the Universal CityWalk venues such as Hard Rock Live®.
10) OTHER INFORMATION: All federal, state, and other tax liabilities arising from a prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Sponsor and/or Administrator will not enter into any correspondence, including email or text, with non-winning Entrants. The Official Rules prevail should there be any conflict or uncertainty relating to the promotion based on information or advice provided by any of the Released Entities.
11) CONDUCT: By entering into this Promotion and/or receiving a prize, Entrants and the prize winners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and waive any rights to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Rules. These Official Rules are accessible at https://bit.ly/2025RockTheUniverseGame throughout the Promotion Period. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual: (a) suspected of tampering with the Entry process or the operation of the Promotion; (b) to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; (c) to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to constitute unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12) LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Entities as defined in Rule #2 above assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, or for any lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of Entries at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or any combination thereof; or (e) any injury or damage to the participant’s or to any other person's computer/mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or download any materials from the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not able to run through completion for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, including any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control such as a Force Majeure (e.g., war, riots, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, blackouts, supply shortages, order of governmental authority,) an “act of God” (e.g., natural disasters, weather, etc.) or an unforeseeable health event (e.g. pandemic or epidemic), then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, without further liability to the Entrants or third parties. In the event the Promotion is cancelled, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes from among all eligible non-suspect Entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. With regard to this Promotion, the Sponsor will only contact those Entrants deemed a potential winner for purposes of clearance and awarding of a prize. These Official Rules prevail should there be any conflict or uncertainty relating to the Promotion based on information or advice provided by any of the Released Entities.
13) ENTRANT AND WINNER RELEASES: All Entrants, as a condition of Entry into the Promotion, agree to release and hold harmless the Released Entities from and against any and all liability, loss, claims, demands or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, costs, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with: (a) accessing the online entry form or playing the Game; (b) submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion; (c) the acceptance, receipt, ownership, use or misuse of any prize awarded; (d) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of the offering of the prize; or (e) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action. Each Prize winner recipient shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the prize after it has been delivered.
Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and consent to the use of their names, address, photographs, any statements made by Entrants, actual or simulated likenesses, and/or biographical information for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes in perpetuity, throughout the universe, by Sponsor and its designees in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, without notice or further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
14) PRIVACY: By entering the Promotion, you grant the Released Entities permission to use your personal information in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy which can be found at https://us.coca-cola.com/privacy-policy/. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants hereby acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy. Information collected from Entrants (such as name, postal address and email address) is used only for the purpose to notify the winner, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Sponsor or any third parties unless Entrant has opted-in to receive additional information and marketing or promotional material from Sponsor or a third party. Unless prohibited by law, Entrants waive any rights of privacy, rights of publicity, intellectual property rights, and other rights that may preclude Sponsor from using or disclosing all or any part of your Entry in any manner and for any purpose.
15) GENERAL: Any attempt by a person to use multiple e-mail accounts to enter more than once will result in disqualification. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used at time of Entry. In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning Entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address attached to that winning Entry will be declared the winner. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address in question. Potential winner may be asked to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof that he/she is the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address associated with a potential winning Entry. Entry generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.
16) DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW: This Promotion is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning), and Entrant agrees that: (a) (excluding UO Prize Claims (defined below))any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for Atlanta, Georgia or the appropriate Georgia State Court; provided, however, that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action directly against Universal Orlando arising out of the redemption, use or misuse of any prize provided by Universal Orlando or any portion thereof (“UO Prize Claims”) shall be resolved by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, Florida; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and Sponsor’s in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.
17) WINNER’S LIST: To receive a copy of the Winner’s list, available after February 28, 2025, send an email with subject line: “2025 Rock the Universe” to winnerslist@mardenkane.com. All such requests must be received by March 30, 2025.
