Timing: Limited time offer. The Intuit TurboTax Hand Off Your Taxes Visa Gift Card Offer (the “Offer” or “Promotion”) begins on 3/6/24 and ends on 5/15/24 (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or D.C., 18 years of age or older (the “Participant”). Promotion is void outside the U.S. and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. The Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws/regulations. Offer is only valid to members of the Verified Pro community or recipients who receive the email offer announcement and to whom the email is addressed. The invitation must not be forwarded to others.
How to Participate:
1. Tell us about your taxes.
2. We will then match you with one of our approved independent tax professionals.
3. Meet with your tax professional (online or in person) and provide them with all your tax documents.
4. The tax professional will then give you their final pricing to prepare your tax return for you.
5. If you approve the tax professional to prepare and file your taxes for you, you will receive a $100 Visa e-code by email within 4 to 6 weeks after you complete and the tax professional files your return and your return is accepted by the IRS.
eGift Card Code Usage Terms: Limit one (1) Visa Gift Card per person. Terms and conditions as stated on the Visa Gift Card apply. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent allow, except at the discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the Visa gift card with one of comparable or greater value.
General Conditions: Neither Sponsor, Marden-Kane, Inc., nor their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, or Internet access providers are responsible for incorrect entry of email information by participants in the Promotion; for technical malfunctions of any network or computer equipment software or any combination thereof or lost/delayed data transmission, for any human or other inadvertent error that may occur in awarding of the Visa Gift Card code; for the receipt, ownership, use, misuse or non-use of any Visa Gift Card code awarded. Neither Sponsor nor Marden-Kane, Inc., or any of their designated supplier companies, will be responsible for Visa Gift Card codes that are lost, stolen, misdirected, or used without permission. If Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Promotion or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Promotion, the Sponsor at its sole discretion reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion. Sponsor may also choose to terminate the Promotion, for any other reason, at its sole discretion. Any attempt by a Participant or any other individual to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any participant information collected from the Promotion shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by participants at the time of participation, and in accordance with Sponsor’s Global Privacy Statement, which can be found at: https://www.intuit.com/privacy/statement/. Sponsor is not responsible for printing, typographical or other inadvertent errors in these Official Terms & Conditions or in any promotion materials found in print or on any website. Sponsor’s decisions will be final in all matters relating to the Promotion.
