1) PROMOTION PERIOD: The Rouses Saints Cash Catch Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) starts on August 11, 2025 at 12:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on December 7, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM CT (the “Promotion Period”) and is comprised of eight (8) Drawing Periods as described in Rule #4 below. The Administrator’s computer will serve as the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

2) ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the states of Louisiana, Mississippi and the following zip codes in the state of Alabama: 32501; 32502; 32503; 32504; 32505; 32506; 32507; 32508; 32509; 32511; 32526; 32561; 32567; 36505; 36509; 36511; 36523; 36525; 36526; 36527; 36530; 36532; 36535; 36541; 36542; 36544; 36549; 36551; 36555; 36559; 36561; 36564; 36567; 36568; 36571; 36572; 36574; 36575; 36576; 36578; 36580; 36582; 36590; 36602; 36603; 36604; 36605; 36606; 36607; 36608; 36609; 36610; 36611; 36612; 36613; 36615; 36616; 36617; 36618; 36619; 36688; 36693; and 36695 who at time of entry are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and non-employee workers of The Coca-Cola Company (the “Sponsor”), Coca-Cola Bottlers, Rouse's Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Rouses Markets, the NFL Entities (as defined below), Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”), and their respective, parents, members, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees that are involved in the development or execution of the Promotion (each a “Released Entity” and collectively the “Released Entities”), and the immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same households, whether related or not, of the above, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Each entrant (the “Entrant” or “Participant”) by participating in the Promotion agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and by Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion. Entrants must be physically able to participate in the Cash Catch activities as described in Rule #8, below, and must attend game on the specified date. This Sweepstakes is not open to current or former professional or semi-professional football, softball, baseball or rugby players, or anyone who has played collegiate varsity football, baseball, or softball. Void outside the geographic eligibility listed above and where prohibited or restricted by law. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3) HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During the Promotion Period, access the online entry form by scanning the Quick Response (“QR”) code found on advertising materials at participating Rouses Markets locations in Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi with a web-enabled mobile device. When using a web-enabled mobile device, message and data rates apply. Entrants agree to incur any and all charges demanded by their wireless carrier. Not all mobile devices offer wireless Internet access; and wireless Internet access may not be available in all areas. Alternatively, to enter the Sweepstakes WITHOUT making a store visitation or scanning a QR code go to https://bit.ly/25RousesSaintsCashCatchSweepstakes and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. As part of the Sweepstakes entry process, Entrants will be required to indicate that they have read, accept, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. By completing and submitting the required information on the online entry form, the Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the drawing that corresponds to the day the entry is received (per Rule #4 below) (the "Entry"). Limit of one (1) Entry per person, per day. For the purpose of this Promotion, a day is defined as a calendar day beginning at 12:00 AM CT and ending the same day at 11:59 PM CT. Entries received in excess of the limits stated herein will be void. Any entry information collected for/from the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Rules.

Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Except where prohibited by law, Entrants irrevocably grant to Sponsor, its affiliates, agents and licensees, the royalty-free right and permission to unconditionally reproduce, store, transmit, publish, display, use or reuse their name and prize information, as well as any other information or materials arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes for advertising, promotional, commercial, publicity and/or any other purposes (without limitation), in any and all media now or hereafter known, in any language, throughout the world, and in any manner without further review, notice, approval, consideration or compensation to the Entrant. Unless prohibited by law, Entrants waive any rights of privacy, rights of publicity, intellectual property rights, and other rights that may preclude Sponsor from using or disclosing all or any part of an Entry in any manner and for any purpose. By participating, Entrants further release Sponsor from any future claims arising out of any use or disclosure of Entrants participation consistent with these Official Rules. By participating, Entrants acknowledge and agree that Entrants will not now or in the future be paid or compensated in any way for participation or for granting the Sponsor any of the rights set out in these Official Rules, whether chosen as a winner or not. Entrants further agree that Sponsor is not obligated to make use of any of the rights granted in these Official Rules.

4) DRAWING PERIODS AND PRIZE GAME DATE: There will be a total of eight (8) random drawings conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, from all eligible entries received during each applicable drawing period (the “Drawing Period”), as outlined in the “Drawing Schedule” below.

Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received per Drawing Period. Entries included in one Drawing Period will not be eligible for subsequent drawings. Potential winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Limit one prize per person/household.

5) PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): A total of eight (8) prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes (one (1) winner per Drawing Period noted above). Each confirmed winner of will receive two (2) tickets to a 2025 regular season New Orleans Saints home football game (as per the chart above); one (1) New Orleans Saints jersey (sized XL); and the opportunity to participate in a skill-based catching game at halftime (the “Cash Catch”) for the chance to win additional prizes, see details below in Rule #8. ARV: $250 each. Total ARV: $2,000. Prize excludes transportation, lodging, and parking.

6) PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Tickets and passes are subject to terms and conditions specified by the issuer, and winner and guest(s) agree to comply with such terms and conditions as well as with all event and venue rules and regulations. Exact location of seats to be determined solely by Sponsor. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize may not be sold, bartered or exchanged by winner. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. All details of prize not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor. Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, expressed or implied, concerning any prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Sweepstakes. New Orleans Saints jersey is not game worn. At Sponsor’s sole discretion, prize may vary to what has been advertised, pictured, etc. Prize will be fulfilled by the Sponsor 2 to 3 weeks after verification of eligibility.

Each winner must use the game tickets on the date specified by Sponsor, which is subject to change. If game is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason, the applicable Cash Catch may be rescheduled to a date to be determined by the Sponsor or may be cancelled, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. If cancelled, winner will only receive the game tickets and will not have the opportunity to compete for additional prizes.

Sponsor or its designee at each game will make all decisions about the Cash Catch and their decisions are final and binding in all matters regarding the Cash Catch game. Sponsor is not responsible if any game, Cash Catch, or other scheduled event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use ticket on day of event.

7) POTENTIAL WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLEARANCE: The potential winners will be contacted by the Administrator via email and may be required to complete, sign, and return the following documents (collectively, the “Documents”): [1] an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and where legal, a Publicity Release, [2] a Participation Agreement prior to participation in the Cash Catch game, and, as applicable, [3] IRS Form W-9 to include winner’s social security number that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service. If a potential winner (i) cannot be contacted after a reasonable attempt has been made by Administrator (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); or (ii) fails to return the completed Documents by the date stated in the notification letter/email; or (iii) refuses the prize; or (iv) the prize or prize notification is rejected or returned as undeliverable, then such potential winner will be disqualified and forfeits all rights to be deemed a winner and an alternate potential winner will be notified, time permitting. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

8) CASH CATCH EVENTS: During half-time at each game set forth in Rule #4, above, the applicable prize winner will be given the opportunity to catch three (3) footballs from a "Jugs" automatic punter machine placed at a designated goal line for a chance to win one (1) of the Cash Catch prizes, described below. The first football will be punted approximately 30 yards to the 30-yard mark. If the applicable prize winner successfully catches the football at the 30-yard mark, he/she will advance to the 50-yard mark. If he or she successfully catches the football at the 50-yard mark, he/she will advance to the 70-yard mark. The applicable prize winner can advance to the next yard mark of difficulty only if he/she successfully catches the first punt from the previous yard mark. If the applicable prize winner does not catch the ball at the 30-yard mark on the first try, he/she will not advance, and no Cash Catch prize will be awarded for that game. Each applicable prize winner will be awarded the yard-mark prize corresponding to his or her highest successful yard-mark level catch as listed below, subject to confirmation of eligibility and compliance with these rules. If, for any reason, the applicable prize winner is unable to attend/participate in the event on the date and time designated by Sponsor, he/she will forfeit participation. If the applicable prize winner forfeits participation, the Sponsor reserves the right to select a replacement participant as solely determined by the Sponsor. The applicable prize winner may not designate a representative to attend the event and attempt to catch the football(s) on his/her behalf. If the Sponsor designates a replacement, he or she will be the one to receive any prizes earned, not the original applicable prize winner. All Cash Catch prizes will be available to be won but will only be awarded if the applicable prize winner (or the designated replacement selected by the Sponsor) successfully catches the ball at the qualifying level for a Cash Catch prize. All of Sponsor’s and/or its judge’s decisions regarding positioning or operation of the punter machine and other details of the Cash Catch event shall be final. Locations, dates and times may be subject to change.

Potential Cash Catch Prizes:

1. 30-Yard Catch Prize: A pair of tickets to one (1) Sponsor-specified 2026 New Orleans Saints regular season home game at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, four (4) 24-can multi-packs of Coca-Cola®, and $200 in Rouses gift cards. ARV: $400.


2. 50-Yard Catch Prize: A pair of tickets to the 2026 New Orleans Saints pre-season and regular season home games that are played in the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, eight (8) 24-can multi-packs of Coca-Cola®, and $300 in Rouses gift cards. ARV: $1,700.


3. 70-Yard Catch Prize: A pair of tickets to the 2026 New Orleans Saints pre-season and regular season home games that are played in the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, twelve (12) 24-can multi-packs of Coca-Cola®, $500 in Rouses gift cards, and $1,000 (fulfilled via prize check by the Administrator). ARV: $1,900.

9) CASH CATCH PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Gift cards are subject to all terms, conditions and restrictions of use as listed by issuer. The 50-Yard Catch prize and 70-Yard Catch prize season tickets do not include home playoff games. If any game identified for a Cash Catch event in this Sweepstakes is delayed, postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled for any reason, winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. Game tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified by the issuer, and winner and guest(s) agree to comply with such terms and conditions as well as with all event and venue rules and regulations. Exact location of seats to be determined solely by Sponsor. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Cash Catch prize consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the Cash Catch prize. Any winner of prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to supply Administrator with his/her social security number for tax purposes and will be issued an IRS 1099 Form for the value of the prize(s). Limit of one (1) Cash Catch prize per person.

10) OTHER INFORMATION: All federal, state, and other tax liabilities arising from a prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Sponsor and/or Administrator will not enter into any correspondence, including email or text, with non-winning entrants. The Official Rules prevail should there be any conflict or uncertainty relating to the promotion based on information or advice provided by any of the Released Entities.

11) CONDUCT: By entering into this Promotion and/or receiving a prize, Entrants and prize winner agree to be bound by these Official Rules and waive any rights to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Rules. These Official Rules are accessible at https://bit.ly/25RousesSaintsCashCatchSweepstakes throughout the Promotion Period. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual: (a) suspected of tampering with the Entry process or the operation of the Promotion; (b) to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; (c) to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to constitute unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12) LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Entities assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, or for any lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of Entries at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or any combination thereof; or (e) any injury or damage to the participant’s or to any other person's computer/mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or download any materials from the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not able to run through completion for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, including any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control such as war, riots, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, blackouts, supply shortages, order of governmental authority, an “act of God” (e.g., natural disasters, weather, etc.) or an unforeseeable health event (e.g. pandemic or epidemic), then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, without further liability to the Entrants or third parties. In the event the Sweepstakes is cancelled, Sponsor reserves the right to award prize from among all eligible non-suspect Entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. With regard to this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor will only contact those Entrants deemed a potential winner for purposes of clearance and awarding of the prize.

13) ENTRANT AND WINNER RELEASES: All Entrants, as a condition of Entry into the Promotion, agree to release and hold harmless the Released Entities from and against any and all liability, loss, claims, demands or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, costs, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with: (a) Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or accessing the online entry form; (b) submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion; (c) the delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, receipt, ownership, use or misuse of any prize awarded (including any travel/activity related thereto), including but not limited to claims of personal injury, death and/or property damage; (d) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of the offering of the prize; or (e) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action.

Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and consent to the use of their names, address, photographs, any statements made by Entrants, actual or simulated likenesses, and/or biographical information for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes, throughout the universe, by Sponsor and its designees in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, without notice or further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

14) PRIVACY: By entering the Promotion, you grant the Sponsor permission to use your personal information in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants hereby acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy. Information collected from Entrants (such as name, postal address and email address) will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by the Sponsor or any third parties unless Entrant has opted-in to receive additional information and marketing or promotional material from the Sponsor or a third party.

15) GENERAL: Any attempt by a person to use multiple e-mail accounts to enter more than once will result in disqualification. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used at time of Entry. In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning Entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address attached to that winning Entry will be declared the winner. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address in question. Potential winner may be asked to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof that he/she is the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address associated with a potentially winning Entry. Entry generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.

16) DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW: This Sweepstakes is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning), and Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for Atlanta, Georgia or the appropriate Georgia State Court; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor’s in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

17) WINNER’S LIST: To receive a copy of the winner’s list, available after January 1, 2026, send an email with subject line: "2025 Rouses Saints Cash Catch” to winnerslist@mardenkane.com. All such requests must be received by January 31, 2026.

Participant irrevocably waives all claims against the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) and agrees that the NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or the prizes awarded.
