THE PROMOTION IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA WHO ARE TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE AIRFARE OR GROUND TRANSPORTATION. TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE DESTINATION WILL BE AT THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY AND COST OF EACH WINNER.

1) PROMOTION PERIOD: The Coca-Cola® Presents Win A Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights Experience Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) starts on September 30, 2025 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 1, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer runs the official clock for the Sweepstakes and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received.

2) ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the state of Florida who at time of entry are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Employees and non-employee workers of The Coca-Cola Company (the “Sponsor”) and Coca-Cola Bottlers, Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”), Walmart, Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”), and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees that are involved in the development or execution of this Promotion (collectively, the “Released Entities”), and the immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same households, whether related or not, of the above, are not eligible to play or win a prize. Each entrant (the “Entrant” or “Participant”) by participating in the Promotion agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion. Void outside the geographic eligibility listed above and where prohibited or restricted by law. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3) HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: NO PURCHASE OR STORE VISITATION NECESSARY. During the Promotion Period, access the online entry form by scanning the Quick Response (“QR”) code found on advertising materials at participating Walmart retail locations in Florida with your web-enabled mobile device. Alternatively, go to
https://bit.ly/25HalloweenHorrorNightsExperienceSweepstakes and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. As part of the Sweepstakes entry process, Entrants will be required to indicate that they have read, accept, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. By completing and submitting the required information the Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (the "Entry"). Limit of one (1) Entry per person per day. For the purpose of this Promotion, a day is defined as the calendar day beginning at 12:00 AM ET and ending the same day at 11:59 PM ET. Entries received in excess of the limits stated herein will be void. Any entry information collected for/from the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Rules.

4) RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about November 3, 2025 from amongst all eligible Entries received in the Sweepstakes (“Random Drawing” or “Drawing”). The Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Promotion. Potential winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.

5) PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Two (2) Grand Prizes are available to be won: Each Grand Prize will include one (1) 2026 Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights Private R.I.P. Tour for the winner and up to nine (9) guests (subject to availability). The Halloween Horror Nights R.I.P. Private Tour includes the following: priority V.I.P. entry to haunted houses and participating attractions while with R.I.P. Tour Guide (subject to itinerary and event operating hours); Exclusive private tour of the event for up to 10 people; customizable itinerary; pre-tour reception; reserved seating at select event show(s) during the tour; commemorative R.I.P. tour credential, lanyard and button (one each per guest); complimentary valet parking (one (1) vehicle based on availability and advance purchase); access to exclusive cash bar locations (must be 21+ with valid photo ID to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages); and Universal Express Unlimited ride access (with R.I.P. credential) at all participating rides & attractions for the date of the tour (valid upon check-in at VIP Experience lobby to be used before or after tour during normal event operating hours; excludes Halloween Horror Nights haunted houses). Prize also includes hotel accommodations, room and tax only, for up to ten (10) people in the form of three (3) standard rooms (quadruple occupancy) at one of the Universal Orlando Resort hotels (room and hotel to be selected by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion) for one (1) night. Hotel accommodations do not include meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs, or any other personal expenses incurred during the stay, not specified here, and a $2,000 prize check (issued by the Administrator once the Private VIP Tour has been scheduled) to help offset taxes. ARV: $12,100 each. Total ARV of Grand Prizes: $24,200. Ten (10) First Prizes are available to be won: Each First Prize will include one (1) pair of tickets, for the winner and (1) guest, to the 2026 Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights (on a date as solely determine by Universal Orlando). Prize also includes hotel accommodations, room and tax only, for up to two (2) people in the form of one (1) standard room (quadruple occupancy) at one of the Universal Orlando Resort hotels (room and hotel to be selected by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion) for one (1) night. Hotel accommodations do not include meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs, or any other personal expenses incurred during the stay, not specified here. ARV: $555 each. Total ARV of First Prizes: $5,550. Total ARV of all prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes: $29,750. All prizes will be awarded provided enough eligible entries are received.

6) GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified by the issuer. Prize will only be awarded upon winner verification and final approval of Sponsor. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of prizes are permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, except as otherwise provided herein if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes may not be sold, bartered or exchanged by winner. Released Entities make no warranties, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, expressed or implied, concerning any prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Promotion. At Sponsor’s sole discretion, prize may vary from what has been advertised, pictured, etc. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined solely by the Sponsor.

WARNING: EVENT MAY BE TOO INTENSE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN AND IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13. NO COSTUMES OR COSTUME MASKS ALLOWED. Halloween Horror Nights is a separately ticketed event. Event occurs rain or shine. No rain checks, returns or refunds. Prices, dates, times, attractions, entertainment, and/or experience details are subject to availability, changes and/or cancellation without notice. Parks/attractions/entertainment, or access to events may close or be unavailable due to capacity and benefits are subject to change without notice. Free self-parking after midnight on all Halloween Horror Nights event nights. Free self-parking available after 6PM for all guests on non-Halloween Horror Nights event nights. Other restrictions may apply.

Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Prize must be redeemed by July 15, 2026. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando. Unless otherwise stated, prize does not include admission to any of the Universal theme parks, separately ticketed events and venues at any of the Universal theme parks and/or CityWalk and excludes parking or discounts on food or merchandise. Some CityWalk venues require ages 21 or older for admission. Valid Photo ID required. Additional restrictions may apply, and benefits are subject to change without notice.

All prize-related taxes and expenses not set forth herein, including service charges or facility charges, personal charges at hotel, meals, gratuities, and incidental hotel expenses are the sole responsibility of the prize winner and guest(s). Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary prize-related documentation (i.e. valid photo identification, visas, passports, etc.). Winner acknowledges that Universal Orlando has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Prize is nontransferable and has no cash value. Sponsor and Universal Orlando are not responsible for cancellations or weather conditions due to circumstances beyond Sponsor or Universal Orlando’s control, inability of winner or guest to utilize prize or related benefits in accordance with applicable rules and restrictions, and/or any other difficulties occurring during or in connection with the prize or related activities. Universal Orlando reserves the right to substitute a similar prize or prize element of comparable value should it become unavailable for any reason. All unused portions of this prize package will remain the property of Universal Orlando. Sponsor and/or Universal Orlando will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of prize will not be awarded. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Prize arrangements must be made through Universal Orlando.

If the prize, in part or in its entirety, is unable to take place as planned for reasons including, but not limited to, scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponements, delays, an event of force majeure (any acts of God, natural catastrophes, public enemies, war, acts of terrorism, civil commotion, riot, strikes or labor difficulties, lockout, judicial or government order, or other requirement of law, or national emergencies or any other cause beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control), an unforeseeable health event (e.g., pandemic or epidemic), or for any other reason whatsoever, then the Sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation to such prize winner in lieu thereof.

7) GRAND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: The Halloween Horror Nights Private R.I.P. Tour ticket entitles one (1) group of up to ten (10) guests (comprised of the Grand Prize winner and up to nine (9) guests): Exclusive VIP entrance to Universal Studios Florida for the Halloween Horror Nights event ('Event'); Guided walking tour of the Event; Priority VIP entrance to haunted houses and participating park attractions (based on itinerary customizable by the Guest) while on the tour with R.I.P. Tour Guide; Reserved seating at select Event show(s); A commemorative R.I.P. Tour credential with lanyard; A commemorative button; Exclusive cash bar locations during the tour (must be 21+ to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages with valid Photo ID); Complimentary valet parking (1 vehicle, subject to availability). Between check-in and the beginning of the tour, and again at the conclusion of the tour (Event hours permitting), R.I.P. Tour credential can be used to receive unlimited Universal Express ride access to skip the regular lines ONLY at participating park rides and attractions; excludes haunted houses. Advance reservations required and subject to availability. Tour Ticket is date specific; forty-eight (48) hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund. Halloween Horror Nights Event admission ticket is required AND must be valid for the same calendar day as the Private R.I.P Tour ticket. Event Admission will be included for date of Private R.I.P Tour. Tour dates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Restrictions apply. A pre-tour reception with light appetizers will be available to R.I.P. Tour guests thirty (30) minutes prior to scheduled tour time printed on the back of the ticket. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while taking part in any R.I.P. Tour. Tickets are not exchangeable. Pricing, dates, times, benefits and inclusions are subject to availability, changes and/or cancellation without notice. Additional restrictions may apply and are subject to change without notice.

All Grand Prize details will be determined by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion, at time of award. No changes will be made to itinerary once any portion of the prize-related arrangements have been made. Winner and guests must be able to participate on the same itinerary. If winner and his/her guests cannot participate within the specified timeline, prize will be forfeited. If winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her prize with fewer than the allotted number of guests or no guest, the Grand Prize will be awarded to winner and each participating guest, and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited. Winner must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Other restrictions may apply. All elements of the Grand Prize must be redeemed at the same time and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption.

8) POTENTIAL WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLEARANCE: The potential winners will be contacted by the Administrator via email and may be required to complete, sign, and return the following documents (collectively, the “Documents”): [1] an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where legal, a publicity release and [2] IRS Form W-9 to include his/her social security number that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service (as required for prize awarded over $600 in value) The completed Documents must be returned to the Administrator by the date stated in the notification email or the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate potential, eligible prize winner, time permitting. If a potential prize winner (a) cannot be contacted after a reasonable attempt has been made by the Administrator (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion); or (b) fails to timely return the completed Documents within the time specified within the notification email/letter; or (c) refuses the prize; or (d) the prize or prize notification is rejected or returned as undeliverable, then such potential prize winner will be disqualified and forfeits all rights to be deemed the winner and an alternate potential prize winner will be notified, time permitting. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

9) OTHER INFORMATION: All federal, state, and other tax liabilities arising from a prize are the sole responsibility of each prize winner. Sponsor and/or Administrator will not enter into any correspondence, including email or text, with non-winning entrants. The Official Rules prevail should there be any conflict or uncertainty relating to the promotion based on information or advice provided by any of the Released Entities.

10) CONDUCT: By entering into this Promotion and/or receiving a prize, Entrants and each prize winner agree to be bound by these Official Rules and waive any rights to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Rules. These Official Rules are accessible at https://bit.ly/25HalloweenHorrorNightsExperienceSweepstakes throughout the Promotion Period. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual: (a) suspected of tampering with the Entry process or the operation of the Promotion; (b) to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; (c) to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to constitute unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11) LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Entities as defined in Rule #2 above assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, or for any lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of Entries at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or any combination thereof; or (e) any injury or damage to the participant’s or to any other person's computer/mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or download any materials from the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not able to run through completion for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, including any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control such as a Force Majeure (e.g., war, riots, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, blackouts, supply shortages, order of governmental authority,) an “act of God” (e.g., natural disasters, weather, etc.) or an unforeseeable health event (e.g. pandemic or epidemic), then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, without further liability to the Entrants or third parties. In the event the Sweepstakes is cancelled, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes from among all eligible non-suspect Entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. With regard to this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor will only contact those Entrants deemed as potential winners for purposes of clearance and awarding of the prize. These Official Rules prevail should there be any conflict or uncertainty relating to the Sweepstakes based on information or advice provided by any of the Released Entities.

12) ENTRANT AND WINNER RELEASES: All Entrants, as a condition of Entry into the Promotion, agree to release and hold harmless the Released Entities from and against any and all liability, loss, claims, demands or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, costs, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with: (a) Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or accessing the online entry form; (b) submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion; (c) the delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, receipt, ownership, use or misuse of any prize awarded, including but not limited to claims of personal injury, illness/death (e.g., COVID-19) and/or property damage; (d) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of the offering of the prize; or (e) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action.

Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and consent to the use of their names, address, photographs, any statements made by Entrants, actual or simulated likenesses, and/or biographical information for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes in perpetuity, throughout the universe, by Sponsor and its designees in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, without notice or further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Entry and participation in the Sweepstakes shall be done at each Entrant’s own risk. Released Entities shall not be liable whatsoever for any claims, injuries, damages, or losses to any person or property, of any kind, including, but not limited to, any personal injury, death, damage to or loss of property, technical failures or disruptions, and any resulting direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, that may occur or result, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the entry and participation in the Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, receipt, or use or misuse of, or any activity or travel related to the acceptance, receipt, or use or misuse of, the prize, or any portion thereof.

13) PRIVACY: By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant the Released Entities permission to use your personal information in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.coca-cola.com/us/en/legal/privacy-policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants hereby acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Information collected from Entrants (such as name, postal address, and email address) is used only for the purpose to notify the potential winners, and will not be re-used, sold, or shared in any manner by Sponsor or any third parties unless Entrant has opted-in to receive additional information and marketing or promotional material from Sponsor or a third party.

14) GENERAL: Any attempt by a person to use multiple e-mail accounts to enter more than once will result in disqualification. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used at time of Entry. In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning Entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address attached to that winning Entry will be declared the winner. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address in question. Potential winners may be asked to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof that he/she is the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address associated with a potential winning Entry. Entry generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.

15) DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW: This Promotion is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning), and Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for Atlanta, Georgia or the appropriate Georgia State Court; provided, however, that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action directly against Universal Orlando arising out of the redemption, use or misuse of any prize provided by Universal Orlando or any portion thereof shall be resolved by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, Florida; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and Sponsor’s in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

16) WINNER’S LIST: To receive a copy of the winner’s list, available after November 15, 2025 send an email with subject line: "Coca-Cola Presents: Halloween Horror Nights Experience Sweepstakes" to winnerslist@mardenkane.com. All such requests must be received by December 15, 2025.
